Terms and Conditions - no one wants reams of small print so we've kept it short.........

Alplinks.com is a trading name of SARL Breathe and Believe, registered in France. Siret number 50435073700012. We're fully licensed and insured and we hold International Transport License - Number 2009/82/0000246 updated to 2014/82/0000064. AXA are our insurers and we hold Taxi liability insurance. All our drivers are authorised to drop and collect in the Swiss Canton of Geneva, and finally we hold a Certificate of Professional Competency in International Transport Management,  which all means we’re covered to do what we do.


Once you've paid for your transfer you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.


  • Don't turn up drunk or having taken illegal substances as you won't be allowed in the van. You won't get a refund either. You'll need to manage without a cigarette for the duration of the journey and if you give our driver verbal abuse, they are fully empowered to leave you behind.
  • Be realistic with your luggage - let us know before arrival if you intend on bringing more than 2 bags. We may need to charge for excess bags. Once we had a party arrive with 3 sets of skis each - needless to say it caused a problem.
  • Make sure you have valid passports/visa's etc. We won't wait if you have travel document problems and you won't get a refund.
  • Make sure you know where you are going. Sounds crazy but some people turn up expecting the driver to know every apartment and every chalet in every resort.
  • If your plane is late you must get in touch.
  • Delays on your inbound flight: Flights inevitably get delayed and if this happens we will wait for a maximum 1 hour 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. Once this 1 hour 30 minutes has expired the client has effectively missed their transfer. The client will not receive a refund. Alplinks will endeavor to find a solution, however this will be at additional cost and you should check the details of your holiday insurance to ensure that you are covered for this possibility. We will only be monitoring flight details that you give us and as confirmed in our booking confirmation.
  • If your bags haven't arrived on the same plane as you, you’ll need to report the loss. Do let us know if you are in a big queue to report the loss. Telephone +33 680 926 408
  • If you haven't showed up at the meeting point, or haven’t been in touch with us 45 mins after your plane has showed as landed,  we may need to leave you behind as there will be other bookings during the day.
  • If you are travelling with youngsters and they need a child seat please let us know at the time of booking.
  • It’s your responsibility to make sure you have travel insurance.
  • Inevitably there will be circumstances outside our control such as weather, industrial action, traffic problems especially at half term and Christmas/New Year, force majeure, snow delays, airport problems, volcanoes.
  • If we are delayed we'll endeavour to get in touch with you and we will do our utmost to provide a solution.
  • Wear your seatbelt, it’s your responsibility not the drivers. If you don’t wear it, it’s your liability.


  • If any of your group soils the vehicle then it’s a €100 on the spot charge


  • Very occasionally we will use other fully licensed and insured operators for your transfer


  • Inevitably your travel plans may change. If you cancel your transfer more than 14 days before travel, then we will refund you less €50 administration charge. However less than 14 days any refund whatsoever is at our total discretion. Likewsie, where we can help with last minute alterations to your journey there will be a €50 admin charge


  • We will keep all your information private and won’t sell it on to third parties.
